Message Frequency

Message frequency is transactional and as-needed. Most customers receive between 1 and 6 messages per service call (booking confirmation, reminder, ETA, arrival, completion, invoice/payment). Frequency varies based on the nature of the job.

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from JPC Plumbing by taking one of the following actions, each of which constitutes your express consent for us to text you about your service request:

By submitting the booking form or otherwise requesting service from JPC Plumbing, you agree to receive SMS messages as described above. We do not require consent to SMS as a condition of purchase, and you may revoke it at any time using the opt-out method below.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from our line. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed, and we will not send further SMS messages to your number. Costs

JPC Plumbing does not charge you to receive SMS messages from us. However, message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Supported Carriers

Messages are delivered through all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We take customer privacy seriously. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any other personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for the purpose of communicating about your service are used solely for that purpose and are not shared with unrelated third parties. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Messaging Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the website or a service notice.
